Politique d'expédition

Our goal is to offer the best priced option for shipping. For orders bound for Ontario and Quebec, you'll receive free shipping when you spend over $49 (after discounts; before taxes) on coffee. For orders going to all the other provinces in Canada, you'll receive free shipping when you spend over $79 (after discounts; before taxes).

We will process and ship your order within three business days from the time you place it. Depending on where you live in this big country of ours, you should receive the order a few days after placing the order. At certain times of year (e.g. holidays) or for special circumstances (e.g. Canada Post strike), delivery times may change.  But our coffee elves will do their best to process and pack up the order right after receiving it!

To keep it moving along for you, we process everything as “No Signature Required” (which as you can guess, means no signature is required at delivery).  If you want us to require a signature, please contact us as soon as you place your order (info@equator.ca).
