WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A ROASTERY TOUR?
Our roastery tours offer a behind-the-scenes look at coffee’s journey through our facility—from receiving green beans in burlap sacks to roasting, resting, packaging, and ultimately to your door.
Along the way, we’ll walk through the roasting process, highlight our equipment, and share how our ethical sourcing and business practices guide every step. Whether you’re curious about how coffee is made or want a deeper understanding of what goes into each roast, the tour offers a transparent, hands-on look at how we work.
WHAT IS A COFFEE CUPPING?
A coffee cupping is the industry-standard way we evaluate and experience coffee. Using a consistent, controlled method practiced worldwide, cuppings allow us to assess aroma, flavour, body, and balance across different coffees objectively.
During a cupping, you’ll taste a curated selection of coffees, from our core blends to limited single origins. We’ll guide you through the process as the coffee is evaluated at multiple stages: smelling the dry grounds, experiencing the aroma during brewing, and tasting as the coffee cools to reveal its full range of flavours.
Whether you’re new to specialty coffee or looking to sharpen your palate, cuppings offer a hands-on look at how we ensure quality, consistency, and character in every roast.
