Iced London Fog

A refreshing take on a classic. Crafted with our new Earl Grey Microground to elevate the bright bergamot notes, and sweetened with vanilla bean syrup.

What You'll Need:

  • 3g Earl Grey Microground
  • 230g Milk (of your choice)
  • Ice
  • 30g (3 pumps) Luke's Vanilla Bean Syrup
  • Cinnamon

How to Make the Iced London Fog:

  1. Add the Earl Grey Microground into fine mesh strainer, and sift into a matcha bowl.
  2. Using 85 degree water, incorporate the Microground as you would matcha
  3. Once desired texture is achieved, add the Vanilla Bean Syrup into bowl with Earl Grey Microground.
  4. Fill 16oz glass with ice, 3/4 of the way up.
  5. Pour milk into the glass.
  6. Pour the Earl Grey and vanilla bean syrup mixture overtop, and enjoy!
