COSURCA
COSURCA is a group of eleven producer associations, one cooperative and three municipalities from the Southern Colombian Macizo mountains in the center and south of the region of Cauca.
Founded in 2000, COSURCA had the objective of furthering the economic development of the region that was cut off from the rest of the country, by offering alternatives to illicit coca production to farmers in the area.
COSURCA provides support in technical, organizational, commercial, political and legal development of 1500 farmer families, emphasizing organic, fair trade coffee production, food security and self-sufficiency.

Tasting Notes And Cupping Score
The Colombia Cauca is a washed process specialty coffee with our roast level 4. This one also features a cupping score of 84.5 and it was grown at an altitude of 1400 to 1900 m.
The featured tasting notes are lime, cocoa, and cherry.
