Inspired by travels and the culinary street culture of Thailand comes Rishi's ultra-refreshing limeade series featuring juicy Thai lime. Known as “Nam Dok Anchan,” Butterfly Pea Limeade features the super trendy Butterfly Pea Flower which creates the stunning magenta infusion.

Sweeten your limeade to taste and get experimental in the kitchen. These powders can be used to make innovative syrups for both regular and full-strength cocktails or try them in your popsicle and ice cube recipes.

Ingredients: Butterfly pea flower extract powder, lime extract powder, tapioca syrup

Preparation: Stir 2 tsp (5g) into 2oz 180F water to dissolve. Add 6oz cold water. Optional: sweeten to taste.

Pour over ice. Enjoy!
