- Founded in 2002
- Comprised of 49 members.
- Located in the small village of Pumiri, in the Yungas mountains in Bolivia.
- Coop Coffees was so impressed by AIPEP's organization, so they decided to partner with them in 2006.
- In 2016, AIPEP obtained its own export permit and Fair Trade certification in order to export coffee directly to Coop Coffees.
