The first use of this grinder gave us a mixture of coffee and ground plastic! It says ready to use, but there must have been plastic film somewhere. The grinder is unusable. The coffee is wasted. Hoping to get a refund. Compared to our old same style Moulinex it feels cheaply made. Because your coffee is so good and ethically sourced, I trusted that Equator would carry quality merchandise, so this has been disappointing. The store’s response- an invitation to come into the store to get our coffee ground there is ridiculous.

I was looking for a coffee grinder that would be easy to use at home. This has been perfect for everything I've needed to grind coffee comfortably well at home. It cleans easy and I'm very happy I made the plunge!
