
Enjoy the cascading colours of Rishi's Barista Matcha, blackberry syrup and coconut blackberry cold foam. This drink screams summer with its bright and vibrant colours.
What You'll Need:
- Ice
- 10ml and 20ml of Blackberry Syrup
- 100ml Milk (of your choice)
- Matcha
- 60g Coconut Whipped Cream
- BlackBerry Coconut Cold Foam (see recipe below)
How To Make It:
- Fill 16oz glass 3/4 full with ice.
- Add Blackberry syrup to the bottom of the glass.
- Pour in the milk of your choice.
- Pour the matcha over the milk.
- Pour the Blackberry Coconut Cold Foam on top.
Enjoy!
Make Blackberry Coconut Cold Foam Matcha:
- Add 2 pumps (20ml) of Blackberry Syrup into a small pitcher.
- Add 60g of Coconut Whipped Cream.
- Use a milk frother to incorporate, and froth until it's cold foam.
