Blackberry Coconut Cold Foam Matcha

Enjoy the cascading colours of Rishi's Barista Matcha, blackberry syrup and coconut blackberry cold foam. This drink screams summer with its bright and vibrant colours.

What You'll Need:

  • Ice
  • 10ml and 20ml of Blackberry Syrup
  • 100ml Milk (of your choice)
  • Matcha
  • 60g Coconut Whipped Cream
  • BlackBerry Coconut Cold Foam (see recipe below)

How To Make It:

  1. Fill 16oz glass 3/4 full with ice.
  2. Add Blackberry syrup to the bottom of the glass.
  3. Pour in the milk of your choice.
  4. Pour the matcha over the milk.
  5. Pour the Blackberry Coconut Cold Foam on top.

Enjoy!

Make Blackberry Coconut Cold Foam Matcha:

  1. Add 2 pumps (20ml) of Blackberry Syrup into a small pitcher.
  2. Add 60g of Coconut Whipped Cream.
  3. Use a milk frother to incorporate, and froth until it's cold foam.
