Banana Coconut Iced Latte

Smooth North Star espresso is combined with sweet, nutty banana-coconut syrup for a rich, flavourful iced latte.

What You'll Need:

  • 32g Espresso (double shot)
  • 300g Milk (of your choice)
  • 30ml (2-3 pumps) Luke's Banana Coconut Syrup
  • 30g Whipping Cream (of your choice)
  • 1g of Cocoa for garnish

How to Make the Banana Coconut Iced Latte:

  1. Pull your shot of espresso.
  2. Fill 16oz glass 3/4 full with ice.
  3. Add 1 pump (10g) of Banana Coconut Syrup into the glass.
  4. Pour milk over top, filling the glass 2/3 full.
  5. Pour the espresso shot overtop, and stir to incorporate milk, syrup and espresso.
  6. Add 2 pumps of Banana Coconut Syrup, 20g milk, and 30g whipping cream into small pitcher, and froth with a cold foam wand until a molasses like consistency is achieved.
  7. Pour the cold foam into the glass, and garnish with cocoa powder.
  8. Enjoy this refreshing drink!
